Refund Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase, you can either return your order for a
full refund or exchange it for something else. You can
return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from
the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must
be in the condition you received them and in the
original box and/or packaging.
Delivery and Returns Policy:

*Next working Day Service: We
deliver your order with TNT Next Working Day Parcel
Delivery, so you should expect to receive your items the
day after your order has been dispatched. TNT advises
that it can take longer for a package to be delivered
during busy periods, including Christmas and New Year.
3-5 Working Days Service: We
deliver your order with myHermes Parcel Delivery, so you
should expect to receive your order the 3-5 days after
your order has been dispatched. Hermes advises that it
can take longer for a package to be delivered during
busy periods, including Christmas and New Year.
Your order may arrive anytime
between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required on
receipt of your parcel.
Deliveries aren't made on bank
holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the
next working day.

* Next Day delivery : If you place
your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday, you will
receive it the next day. After 12 noon on a Friday or in
the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
** International Shipping : For
international orders delivery costs do not include duty
and custom charges, you may be required to pay
additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be
accepted by the recipient. We have no control over these
charges and they are a reflection of the customs and
policies held by the final destination country. In the
event that you wish to return your item Miltech is
unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.
Returns:
If you receive an item and wish to
return it for any reason you must be returned within 14
days after delivery with the delivery note. The items
you return must be in the condition you received them
and in the original box and/or packaging.
All items will be checked, once
confirmed, we will issue a refund on receipt.
If 30 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or
exchange.
(This may not apply if there is a
fault with your item.)
How to return an item.
1. Simply return to us to process
your refund or exchange.

3. Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that
we have received your returned item, and notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed.
4. We will refund the original
credit or debit card used for the purchase. A refund
will be issued to your account usually within 14 days of
your item being received.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying
your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless
in the unlikely event of a faulty item. Depending on
where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you may vary. We strongly recommend
that you send your return parcel via a trackable
delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For
Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of
returned items lies with the customer.
Exchanges:
1. UK Customers : You can return an
item for an exchange if you'd like a different item. If
you want a different item, then you'll need to return
the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
2. International Customers : We're
not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all
returned items will be refunded once they've been
received by our warehouse. If you need a different item,
then you'll need to place a new order.
